AGE GROUPS

Junior Division: 

4-5 years old

Program contains pieces of a different style (slow/fast paced) - up to 3 minutes long

6-7 years old

Program contains baroque, classical, romantic, french or 20th Century pieces - 4 to 6 minutes long

​

8-10 years old

Program contains baroque, classical, romantic, french or 20th Century pieces - up to 8 minutes long

​

Intermediate Division:

11-14 years old

Program contains baroque, classical, romantic, french or 20th Century pieces - up to 15 minutes

​

Senior Division:

15-18 years old

Program contains baroque, classical, romantic, french or 20th Century pieces - up to 25 minutes

​

19 years old and up

Free program - up to 30 minutes

ROUND 1

Submission Deadline: July 13th 2020

Applicants will apply through video recordings. They will then be judged by reknown pianists 

Walter Prossnitz, Joanna Sochacka, Sijing Ye, Jadwiga Padjas-Zielinska and piano pedagogue for kids Michelle Howland.

All Participants will receive an assessment note by email 

based on their playing and the following criteria:

Artistry

Technique

Musicality

Overall

Round 2 -Final Ceremony Concert

 July 20th 2020 - 14:00 (Virtual concert for Online Competition participants only)

October 18th 2020 - 14:30 (Final Gala Concert at Viennese Hall, Salzburg)
